TRENDnet 28-Port Gigabit Web Smart PoE+ Switch with SFP (TPE-2840WS)

High-Density Web Smart Power and Advanced Network Optimization

The TRENDnet TPE-2840WS 28-Port Gigabit Web Smart PoE+ Switch provides a powerful, highly scalable foundation for mid-sized corporate networks, advanced IP surveillance arrays, and expanding VoIP communication systems. Blending high-density port layouts with an accessible, feature-rich management interface, this web-smart switch allows administrators to deploy, secure, and monitor a robust hardware fleet without the steep cost or complexity of fully managed enterprise platforms.

This switch features 24 dedicated Gigabit PoE+ ports alongside 4 dedicated Gigabit SFP slots for high-speed fiber uplinks, eliminating performance bottlenecks across your network backhaul. Supported by an efficient 185-Watt total PoE power budget, the TPE-2840WS delivers up to 30W of intelligent, auto-sensing power per port to run standard wireless access points and security cameras. Through its intuitive web browser GUI, administrators can segment critical traffic with 802.1Q VLANs, prioritize bandwidth using Quality of Service (QoS) protocols, and safeguard network integrity with advanced loopback prevention and port security.
