Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and check out. Your order is confirmed once you click Place Order on the checkout page and receive the order-success email — that day counts as the Date of Sold.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel under My Account within the first two (2) hours after purchase. ICT may also cancel an order that isn’t paid within three (3) working days, or if we can’t contact you.

Is there an age requirement?

You need to be at least 13 years old to shop on ICT.com.mm, and at least 18 for some categories such as food and beverages.

What if a price or stock level looks wrong?

Our partners update most prices and stock continuously, but some items are only updated weekly or monthly. If something looks wrong, let us know and we’ll correct it right away.

Can I get a quotation for my business or project?

Yes. Use Get a quote for products or installation and we’ll send a free quotation, usually within one business day. If it’s urgent, call 09 765 441 707.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard and MPU cards (processed securely by 2C2P)
  • Mobile wallets such as KBZPay, WavePay, OnePay and MytelPay
  • Bank transfer, cash on delivery and cash on pickup

How do I pay by bank transfer?

Choose bank transfer at checkout. ICT’s bank accounts are shown as soon as you click Place Order.

Is my card information safe?

Yes. ICT.com.mm does not store credit card or MPU card numbers — card payments are handled by 2C2P, a leading payment provider in South East Asia.

Delivery & pickup

How long does delivery take?
  • Yangon Region: 4–36 hours
  • Other states and regions: 1–5 days
  • Overseas: please email us first

How much is delivery?

The delivery charge depends on your address and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from our Yangon store at 369 Laydaungkan Road, Thingangyun. You can pay when you pick up.

What counts as the delivery date?

The Delivery Date is the day you sign the ICT.com.mm delivery slip.

Returns & warranty

Can I return or exchange an item?

Items that are not as stated on your invoice — for example the wrong colour or model — can be returned within three (3) working days, excluding public holidays. Otherwise purchases can’t be returned. Gift cards, gift codes and software have their own conditions; see the Returns Policy for the full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us within three (3) working days with your order number by live chat, Messenger, phone (09 765 441 707) or email (hello@ict.com.mm).

Are your products genuine and new?

Yes. ICT.com.mm sells new products supplied by authorised distributors and resellers in Myanmar.

Do products come with a warranty?

Warranty terms depend on the brand and product. Contact us with the product name and we’ll confirm the warranty before you buy.

Prices & offers

Do you match prices?

Yes — our Price Match Guarantee. If you see one of our products at a different price anywhere in Myanmar, send us a screenshot or the product link and we’ll match it. The item must be sold by an authorised distributor or reseller in Myanmar.

Pay later

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes, through the Take Now Pay Later leasing program from Mahar Bawga Finance. Apply online — ICT passes your application to Mahar Bawga Finance, and approval and all due process are entirely up to them.

How do I buy from ICT in instalments?

Fill in your personal details in the application form to apply.

Who can apply?

Employees, SME owners (your own business), taxi drivers, online shop owners and seafarers.

Who qualifies to buy in instalments?

People with a regular monthly income who can provide the relevant supporting letters.

What are the restrictions?
  • You must be 18 to 60 years old.
  • Employees need at least six (6) months’ service at their company.
  • Applicants who are the only person on their household list can’t apply.
  • Applications without the down payment are not accepted.
  • First-time buyers repay over six (6) months to one (1) year.

How much is the first payment?

20% of the product price.

What else do I pay when I collect the item?

Besides the 20% down payment, a 7% service charge on the remaining 80% loan amount.

Which documents do I need for the loan form?
  • Employees: company letterhead or staff card
  • SME owners: business licence, tax receipt and 3 photos of the business
  • Taxi drivers: owner book, wheel tax and triangle board
  • Online shop owners: page screenshot and 3 photos of the business

All applicants also need their original NRC, household list, and ward recommendation letter (or an up-to-date meter bill). Employees also need their original staff card and a salary confirmation letter on company letterhead.

How is the interest calculated?

Interest is 3.8% per month (flat rate) on the loan amount. If you settle the loan early, you save 40% of the interest for the remaining months. Work out your payments with the Mahar Bawga calculator.

What is the most I can buy?

Items worth up to twice (2×) your monthly income.
