Description
Incorporate flexible, enterprise-grade wireless scaling into your office or property footprint with the TRENDnet AC1200 Dual Band PoE Indoor Wireless Access Point (Model TEW-821DAP). Engineered to solve dense traffic bottlenecks in modern SMBs, corporate rooms, and active residential spaces, this commercial-grade ceiling/wall-mount hub deploys concurrent high-speed networks over a robust dual-band architecture. Harnessing optimized internal antennas alongside high-performance processing hardware, it pushes concurrent data streams up to 1.17Gbps aggregate bandwidth (867Mbps over the 5GHz AC band paired with 300Mbps over the 2.4GHz N band).
Designed with high-density physical topologies in mind, the TEW-821DAP natively supports standard Power over Ethernet (802.3af PoE), allowing power and data transmission over a single RJ-45 cable run to bypass local AC plug limits. The unit comes fully optimized with smart Wave 2 MU-MIMO technology to communicate seamlessly with multiple network clients at once, while integrated Band Steering algorithms automatically offload compatible dual-band laptops and mobile devices from the congested 2.4GHz range onto the cleaner 5GHz performance deck. The low-profile, clean off-white dome shell effortlessly matches interior aesthetics, mounting completely flush to standard drop ceilings or drywall locations with an included quick-release bracket.
Key Features
- AC1200 Concurrent Dual-Band: Delivers concurrent 867Mbps WiFi AC and 300Mbps WiFi N networks to accommodate legacy peripherals and modern high-speed work devices simultaneously.
- Wave 2 MU-MIMO Technology: Multi-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output enhancements route active signals across parallel data channels, preserving crisp throughput in multi-user office environments.
- Flexible 802.3af PoE Power: Operates directly off Power over Ethernet switches or single injectors; features a standalone secondary 12V DC auxiliary barrel port for optional standard wall plug configurations.
- Multi-Mode Operational Versatility: Configurable dynamically across Access Point (AP), Client Bridge, Wireless Distribution System (WDS AP, WDS Bridge, WDS Station), and traditional Repeater mappings.
- Intelligent Band Steering & QoS: Alleviates structural wireless slowdowns by autonomously pushing dual-band hardware to the 5GHz layer, backed by robust per-SSID bandwidth shaping tools.
- Multi-SSID Isolation Support: Broaden structural network partition architecture by initializing up to 8 custom SSIDs per wireless band (16 total distinct broadcast paths) paired with 802.1Q VLAN mapping.
- Low-Profile Architectural Enclosure: Sleek, off-white circular casing blends right into office drop ceilings or acoustic tile walls; complete with an installation plate and integrated locking cable guard.

Ordered a RAM card from ICT. It's working well. I couldn't find the same card in other stores online. The price was a bit expensive as USD rates were high when I made the purchase. Will purchase again if I need other things. 5/5. Do you also sell Android ...
