TRENDnet 8-Port 10/100 Mbps GREENnet Desktop Switch (TE100-S8)

The TRENDnet TE100-S8 8-Port 10/100 Mbps GREENnet Desktop Switch provides a highly reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solution to expand your home or small office network. Built for simple plug-and-play functionality, this unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch allows you to connect up to eight computers, printers, network storage devices, or gaming consoles instantly with zero software configuration or management overhead required.

Engineered with advanced eco-conscious routing, this switch features embedded GREENnet technology that automatically adjusts power consumption based on port usage and cable lengths. By intelligently placing inactive or unused ports into a standby power-saving state, the TE100-S8 dramatically slashes its overall operational electrical draw by up to 40% out of the box. This provides consistent, full-speed network performance while noticeably shrinking your localized environmental and energy footprint.

The compact and lightweight desktop housing is designed to slip comfortably into tight, crowded work surfaces, desks, or wall shelves without taking up valuable office real estate. Boasting a non-blocking wire-speed internal architecture, the switch handles up to 1.6Gbps of total switching capacity. This ensures data transfers move quickly at up to 200Mbps per port in full-duplex mode, eliminating network bottlenecks and keeping your daily workflows smooth and uninterrupted.
